Accountant

Clear Captions is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our fast-growing finance team and help streamline our financial processes in a fully remote environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Ensure compliance with tax filings and internal controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience or equivalent internship experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and self-management abilities.
