We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and business teams.
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
Track requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights when required.
Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential process improvements.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Ability to create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in the relevant industry/domain.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
CBAP/CCBA certification is a plus.
