
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Developer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will lead our market expansion efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will act as the primary bridge connecting prospective clients' strategic goals with Acrosoft’s advanced engineering and custom software execution capabilities.
Lead Generation: Identify, target, and qualify high-potential B2B leads, startups, and enterprise clients requiring custom software or digital transformation solutions.
Client Acquisition: Drive the full sales pipeline from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to technical presentations, proposal creation, and closing deals.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing accounts to identify future upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on technology sector trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to continuously refine Acrosoft’s market positioning and value proposition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably within an IT services agency, SaaS platform, or software development firm.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to comfortably discuss high-level technical concepts, project roadmaps, and agile frameworks with client stakeholders.
