Job Description:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential patient care and support in a healthcare setting. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and patient comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients.
Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to meet patient needs.
Qualifications:
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
Associate degree or completion of an approved CNA training program.
Knowledge of basic patient care and healthcare practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred.
