Clinical Project Manager

Until Labs, Inc. is seeking a strategic and experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead our clinical operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and impactful outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our clinical trial portfolio, optimizing processes, and guiding a team towards achieving our ambitious goals. We are looking for a leader who can not only manage projects but also contribute significantly to our strategic vision for clinical development.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for multiple clinical trials, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective study completion.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within clinical operations to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in clinical trial execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define clinical development pathways and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification highly desirable.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical project management, including experience leading complex global studies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct supervision or significant mentorship of project teams.
- Deep expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and other international regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of optimizing clinical trial processes and driving operational excellence.
