We are seeking a visionary, technically elite Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our engineering division full-time. In this executive role, you will own Acrosoft’s overarching technical strategy, architectural standards, and engineering culture. You will align our technology stack with long-term business goals while serving as the final technical authority for critical enterprise-grade software builds.
Technical Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap, select core frameworks, and champion engineering best practices across all development pipelines.
Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the structural design of custom software and cloud infrastructure to ensure impeccable performance, security, and effortless scaling.
Team Scaling & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and expand a remote, multidisciplinary engineering team, cultivating a highly collaborative development environment.
Client Consultation: Act as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise clients, translating high-level business objectives into concrete technical executions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Extensive experience in senior technical leadership or executive software architecture roles, preferably within a fast-growing tech firm.
Skills: Expert knowledge of modern development ecosystems, agile workflows, devops pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and robust system security protocols.
Work Style: Exceptional communication, a business-focused approach to engineering, and a proven ability to lead distributed, 100% remote engineering teams.
