Data Analyst

Carlisle Local Schools is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and enhance educational outcomes across our district.

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and services.

Key Objectives

• Collect, organize, and analyze educational and operational data to support strategic initiatives.

• Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports that provide clear insights to stakeholders.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve student achievement and operational efficiency.

  Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain data collection systems and databases.

  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability.

  • Analyze student performance, attendance, and other key metrics to support educational planning.

  • Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for administrators, educators, and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an educational or public sector environment.

    • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

    • Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
