Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and large amounts of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and analytical records.

• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or errors.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, easy-to-understand insights.

• Support departments with data-driven recommendations and reporting.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• Assist with developing and improving data collection and reporting processes.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow company data-management policies.

• Perform other analytical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable working with databases and data-management systems.

• Ability to organize and interpret large amounts of information.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Previous data analysis experience is preferred but may not be required for entry-level applicants.
