Data Entry Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Enter daily production figures, inventory movements, and quality logs into ERP systems with 99%+ accuracy.
- Verify and cross‑check data received from shop‑floor sensors and manual reports.
- Generate routine reports for supervisors and highlight any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely data sharing for shipping schedules.
- Suggest small process tweaks to speed up data capture.

Requirements
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, noisy manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills in German (English a plus).
