    Job Responsibilities
    - Accurately input and maintain guest lists, venue details, and vendor contracts in our event management platform.
    - Conduct regular data quality checks and reconcile inconsistencies.
    - Generate customized reports for senior event managers and client presentations.
    - Assist with billing, invoice entry, and tracking of event budgets.
    - Collaborate with multicultural teams to ensure inclusive data practices.
    - Provide administrative support during event set‑up and post‑event debriefs.

    Requirements
    - Keen eye for detail with a passion for organized information.
    - Comfortable working with diverse populations and inclusive communication.
    - Proficient in spreadsheet applications and basic database tools.
    - Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
    - Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to learn.
    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is beneficial.
