Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Design and automate dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for donors and board members.
- Conduct scenario planning to assess the financial implications of new program initiatives.
- Lead quarterly grant compliance reviews and prepare detailed audit documentation.
- Partner with fundraising staff to develop budgeting templates for campaigns.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of analytical experience, with a track record in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
- Experience with cloud‑based accounting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Xero).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate numbers into narratives.
