Financial Analyst

Tech inn is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast‑growing finance team. In this role you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Compile and validate financial data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain forecasting models in Excel or PowerBI.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly management reports.
- Support budgeting cycles and ad‑hoc financial projects.
- Communicate findings to senior leadership with clear visualizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
