We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Technology industry, to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the growth and success of the company
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a smooth transition and continuous growth
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the Technology industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
