
As an IT Support Analyst, you will manage, maintain, and support our internal digital infrastructure and system workflows. You will collaborate closely with various remote departments to resolve network issues, hardware problems, and software glitches quickly. Your daily tasks will include managing software access permissions, configuration setups, and monitoring server performance for optimal security. You will also troubleshoot system bugs, handle employee technical onboarding, and maintain routine documentation across our agency platforms.
Requirements & Skills:
Must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
Proven professional experience working as a technical helpdesk agent or system desktop support.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing operating system errors, network protocols, and cloud software tools.
Solid understanding of data backup systems, cyber security compliance, and asset management processes.
Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively via digital project tracking tools.
