Job Summary:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide professional mental health support and social services. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to support patients and families coping with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and families.
Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; LCSW licensure preferred.
