Job Description:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist to provide high-quality mental health services in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges while supporting overall patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling services.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
Assist with case management, discharge planning, and referrals.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
Active California LCSW License or Psychologist License.
Doctorate in Psychology or Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or clinical counseling.
Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Previous healthcare, correctional, or community mental health experience preferred.
