Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient behavioral changes or side effects.
Provide direct therapeutic care, emotional support, and crisis intervention to individuals with mental health or developmental disorders.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and the broader healthcare team to implement treatment plans.
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient interactions, interventions, and vital signs.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent qualification.
