Job Description:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The LVN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to support patient treatment, monitor health conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and nursing support.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians and registered nurses with patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Educate patients and families on health management and care instructions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
Qualifications:
Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Previous nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
