Live Chat Operator

Vita Counseling, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a Live Chat Operator to join our dynamic team and help us make a difference in the lives of others.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide live chat support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
- Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources and services to connect clients with appropriate support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
- Excellent technical skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
