
Tecmyer is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital growth strategies. In this full-time, remote position, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize lead generation.
Data & Analytics: Monitor ROI, CAC, and LTV metrics daily to ensure performance aligns directly with corporate growth targets.
A/B Testing: Design innovative testing frameworks for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost conversion rates.
Budget Allocation: Manage monthly ad spend efficiently, shifting budgets dynamically to high-performing funnels and campaigns.
Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to produce high-converting assets that strictly meet brand guidelines.
Role Type & Location: Full-Time, 100% Remote position.
Compensation: $1400 per month.
