About the Role: Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist for a contract position in Delano, CA. In this role, you will evaluate and treat individuals with mobility constraints, physical injuries, or functional limitations, developing targeted interventions to restore movement and maximize patient independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient range of motion, muscle strength, balance, and overall functional mobility.
Establish tailored treatment plans with realistic, objective goals designed to optimize physical recovery.
Administer direct clinical interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
Provide patient and family education regarding safe movement practices, proper ergonomics, and home exercise routines.
Document patient progress, clinical assessments, and daily encounter notes accurately and timely within the system.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license to practice in California.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills.
