Intuitive Health Services is seeking a Contract Physical Therapist in Delano, California (93216). This role is ideal for a skilled rehabilitation professional dedicated to helping patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve physical function through evidence-based therapy techniques.
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and overall functional ability. Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation techniques tailored to patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes. Educate patients and families on recovery exercises, injury prevention, and long-term physical wellness strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in compliance with healthcare standards.
Assist patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, neurological conditions, or chronic pain disorders. Ensure a safe, supportive, and encouraging therapeutic environment at all times.
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required. Valid Physical Therapist license in California is mandatory. Strong communication, assessment, and rehabilitation skills are essential. CPR/BLS certification may be required. Experience in clinical or hospital settings is preferred.
