Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Primary Care Physician (PCP) for a full-time clinical role in Soledad, CA. In this position, you will serve as the core provider for patient care, managing preventative medicine, acute clinical visits, and long-term chronic disease intervention. You will lead a multidisciplinary team committed to elevating healthcare delivery, enhancing wellness outcomes, and offering top-tier clinical guidance within the local community.
Provide comprehensive medical examinations, accurate diagnoses, and treatment interventions.
Formulate long-term health management plans for patients dealing with complex chronic conditions.
Order, interpret, and review laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and routine preventative screenings.
Prescribe necessary pharmacological therapies and track clinical efficacy over time.
Coordinate complex care pathways with specialized medical consultants and healthcare professionals.
Maintain highly detailed, compliant patient data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Education: Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
Current DEA certification and strong clinical communication competencies.
