Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing healthcare team in Vacaville, CA. In this full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, providing comprehensive, high-quality preventative care, acute treatment, and chronic disease management. You will work closely with an integrated healthcare team to foster a patient-centered environment focused on long-term wellness.
Provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.
Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and develop long-term wellness plans.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory procedures, and screenings.
Prescribe medications and recommend evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Refer patients to medical specialists and collaborate on complex care plans.
Maintain highly detailed, accurate, and secure Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Education: Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of California, with current DEA registration.
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient care.
