Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full-time Primary Care Physician to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to patients in the Wasco, CA community. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventative care, and promoting overall wellness.
Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and evaluations to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop, implement, and monitor patient-centered treatment plans.
Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., laboratory work, X-rays), and refer patients to specialized medical professionals when necessary.
Counsel patients on preventative health measures, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health management.
Maintain timely, accurate, and secure electronic health records (EHR).
Education: Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient population.
