Job Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all aspects of the project lifecycle using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, empowering cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and impediments, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement within project processes and team practices.
- Drive innovation and creative problem-solving to overcome technical and operational challenges.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a strong emphasis on Agile/Scrum.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse technical teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
