About the Role: Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated and analytical full-time Psychiatrist to join our clinical team in Corona, CA. In this position, you will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide comprehensive clinical management to patients requiring acute and long-term psychiatric interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete thorough psychiatric evaluations and mental status examinations to establish accurate clinical diagnoses.
Formulate, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications while evaluating safety, efficacy, and side effects.
Work collaboratively alongside a multidisciplinary medical and mental health team to provide integrated patient care.
Maintain complete, accurate, and highly secure electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with professional and facility standards.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with a completed residency program in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
Current, valid DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
Excellent clinical assessment, risk management, and crisis intervention skills.
