About the Role: Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Psychiatrist to join our healthcare facility in Delano, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing comprehensive mental health treatment to individuals facing a variety of psychological and behavioral disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications to ensure optimal safety and therapeutic efficacy.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate, secure, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with a completed residency in Psychiatry.
Valid, active medical license to practice in the state of California.
Current, unrestricted DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
