Job Description:

Intuitive Health Services is seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide comprehensive mental health services in a healthcare setting. The Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with emotional, behavioral, and psychological conditions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support positive treatment outcomes and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention counseling services.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide recommendations regarding behavioral health treatment and patient care.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulations, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Active California Psychologist License.

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy.

• Strong communication, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

• Previous experience in behavioral health, correctional, hospital, or community mental health settings preferred.
