Job Description:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a qualified Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services in a professional healthcare setting. The selected candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, and support patients in achieving positive mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological, behavioral, and psychosocial assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention counseling.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Provide case management and discharge planning support.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
Active California Psychologist License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License.
Doctorate in Psychology or Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Experience providing mental health assessments and therapeutic services.
Strong communication, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Previous behavioral health, correctional, or healthcare experience preferred.
