Job Summary:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care and counseling. The ideal candidate will assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop individualized meal and nutrition plans, and promote healthy eating habits to improve overall wellness and manage chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized meal plans and nutrition programs.
Educate patients on healthy eating, dietary modifications, and lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to integrate nutrition care into treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Stay current on nutrition research, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; Registered Dietitian credential required.
Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
