Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to join our full-time healthcare team in Coalinga, CA. The RN will deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective treatment and positive outcomes.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures according to physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow clinical safety protocols.
• Maintain infection-control, privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support while protecting patient dignity and comfort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
