Intuitive Health Services is seeking a Contract Registered Nurse in Soledad, California (93960). This role is ideal for a skilled and compassionate nursing professional dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a structured healthcare environment.
Provide direct patient care by performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and evaluating patient conditions throughout the shift. Ensure accurate documentation of all clinical observations, treatments, and care activities in compliance with healthcare standards.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and participate in timely clinical decision-making.
Deliver patient education and emotional support to patients and families, helping them understand treatment plans and recovery processes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment while strictly following infection control and safety protocols.
Assist in emergency care situations and provide critical support when required. Ensure all nursing practices align with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and professional standards.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments is required. CPR/BLS certification may be necessary.
