We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Direct Care position in Miami, FL. In this role, you will work directly on the front lines of healthcare delivery, providing exceptional clinical management, patient advocacy, and bedside treatment within our expanding medical facility networks.
Deliver comprehensive, hands-on direct care to patients while continuously assessing their physiological and psychological clinical status.
Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapies, and medical treatments accurately under strict safety protocols.
Collaborate fluidly with physicians, therapists, and a cross-functional healthcare team to build and modify individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their family support systems on treatment management, disease prevention, and post-discharge recovery steps.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Florida.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and efficient multitasking in high-pressure medical environments.
