Remote Business Analyst – Work From Home

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to gather requirements, analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct interviews, meetings, and workshops to understand business needs and processes.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operations, or a related role.
