
We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Sale Closer to join our growth team full-time. In this role, you will take charge of the final stages of our B2B sales pipeline, transforming qualified leads and strategic prospects into long-term partnerships. You will act as the ultimate value communicator, aligning prospective clients' custom software needs with Acrosoft’s complex engineering execution capabilities to successfully finalize and secure high-value contracts.
Deal Closing: Own the final stages of the sales cycle, leading high-stakes negotiation meetings and strategic discovery deep-dives to secure client commitments.
Value Proposition: Effectively articulate technical architecture proposals, product roadmap scopes, and pricing tiers to align perfectly with client financial budgets and timeline constraints.
Objection Handling: Navigate complex technical objections, vendor comparisons, and contract terms smoothly to establish immediate professional trust.
Pipeline Collaboration: Partner closely with inbound marketing and business development teams to guarantee a seamless handoff of highly qualified prospects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a high-performing sales closer, ideally within an IT agency, software development firm, or B2B tech environment.
Skills: Elite negotiation skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a comfortable grasp of high-level tech concepts, software development processes, and agile workflows.
Work Style: Exceptionally motivated by targets, comfortable with revenue metrics, and capable of operating autonomously in a 100% remote setting.
