In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving retail store sales, and maintaining an organized showroom environment. Welcome, greet, and actively engage incoming customers to create a positive shopping experience.
Assess customer preferences and assist them in finding appropriate products, uniform styles, and exact sizes.
Maintain a comprehensive, accurate knowledge of store inventory, promotional sales, and special offers.
Manage stock replenishment, organize apparel displays, and ensure merchandising presentation remains immaculate.
Process customer payments accurately and safely utilizing retail point-of-sale terminal software systems.
Collaborate closely with team members and management staff to exceed daily store performance objectives.
High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.
Successful experience working in a retail storefront, client relations, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong physical stamina, with the capacity to stand for extended durations and move light stock items daily.
Exceptional verbal communication skills combined with accurate interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding customer service habits to interact professionally with diverse client profiles and team members.
