Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media & Brand Manager, you will manage, maintain, and support our internal digital branding and social workflows. You will collaborate closely with various remote departments to coordinate marketing campaigns, visual assets, and content strategies quickly. Your daily tasks will include managing software access permissions, campaign setups, and monitoring channel performance for optimal growth. You will also troubleshoot strategy bugs, handle community growth initiatives, and maintain routine documentation across our agency platforms.
Requirements & Skills
Must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Proven professional experience working as a digital media specialist or brand reputation support.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing performance metrics, marketing protocols, and cloud management tools.
Solid understanding of digital curation systems, brand alignment compliance, and asset management processes.
Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively via digital project tracking tools.
