Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test strategies for new features.
- Conduct code reviews for test scripts and provide mentorship to junior QA staff.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them through resolution.
- Participate in performance and load testing to validate scalability.

Requirements
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Ability to write clear, concise defect reports and test documentation.
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
