Supply Chain Manager

Cali Jewels is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with Cali Jewels' business objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and manage supply chain risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement, drive process efficiencies, and enhance operational performance.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive significant operational improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
