Job Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with underwriting, risk, and collections to streamline processes.
- Conduct regular account health checks and present insights to senior management.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and assist in audit preparation.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Proven experience in account management or client services within finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and spot discrepancies.
