Accountant

Become a vital part of Aflac INC Company's finance team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services with accurate financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the healthcare division.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Assist with budget development, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights for operational decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2‑4 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA certification is a plus.
