Accountant

Job Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate allocation of project costs.
- Perform month‑end close activities and produce variance analysis reports.
- Conduct cost accounting for engineering contracts, tracking labor, material, and overhead.
- Assist audit teams by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Develop and improve internal reporting dashboards for senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering Economics, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost/accounting for engineering or construction firms.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and data visualization tools.
- CPA or CMA certification highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
