Adult Nurse Practitioner CNA Caregiver

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and manage patient care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide direct personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and personal hygiene, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment protocols, promoting self-care and independence.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate, detailed electronic health records.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) license.
- Proven experience in an ANP role, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with direct patient care and assistance with ADLs.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
