Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for patient data analysis.
- Collaborate with clinicians to translate clinical needs into AI-driven tools.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Optimize model performance and scalability on cloud platforms.
- Document code and maintain version control using Git.

Requirements
- Proven experience building and productionizing ML models (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
