Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full-time healthcare team in Atascadero, CA. The CNA will provide essential daily care, support patient comfort, and assist nursing staff in maintaining a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs.
• Measure and record vital signs, food intake, output, and changes in patient condition.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and walking using safe techniques.
• Provide meal assistance and encourage proper hydration and nutrition.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and offer emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain clean and organized patient areas while following infection-control procedures.
• Report concerns or changes in patient behavior or health to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately and protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow all clinical, safety, ethical, and organizational standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active California CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties and treat patients with dignity and respect.
