Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full-time healthcare team in Coalinga, CA. The CNA will provide essential daily care, assist patients with personal needs, and support nurses in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful care environment.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Measure and record vital signs, food intake, output, and other observations.
• Help patients reposition, transfer, and walk safely using proper techniques.
• Provide meal assistance and support hydration and nutritional needs.
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain clean patient areas and follow infection-control procedures.
• Respond to patient requests and provide emotional support and companionship.
• Document care activities accurately and protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow all safety, ethical, and organizational standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active California CNA certification in good standing.
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties and treat every patient with dignity.
