Intuitive Health Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract position in Lancaster, California (93536). This role is ideal for a dedicated healthcare professional who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and supporting clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, and feeding when required.
Monitor and record vital signs, observe patient conditions, and report any changes to the nursing team promptly. Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility to prevent complications such as pressure injuries. Respond to patient needs in a timely and professional manner while maintaining empathy and respect.
Accurately document all care provided in accordance with facility policies and healthcare regulations. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care delivery.
Applicants must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California. Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. CPR/BLS certification may be required.
