Clinical Analyst

Tech in co is seeking a highly analytical Clinical Analyst to join our innovative healthcare technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leveraging clinical data to optimize system performance, enhance patient care, and drive evidence-based decision-making across our healthcare solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of clinical data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within our EMR/EHR systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights to clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of new clinical applications and system upgrades.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for system optimization and workflow improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Analyst or in a similar data-focused role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel, reporting platforms).
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and clinical workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
