Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

• Maintain and update student and staff records in relevant databases.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure timely communication.

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
